Game Recap: Women's Soccer |

Jeske helps WSOC salvage tie

ALBION – Ella Jeske, welcome to Albion. Just 50 seconds after UW-Oshkosh took the lead with under three minutes to play, Jeske found the equalizer to help the Albion College women's soccer team tie the Titans, 1-1. 

After a scoreless 87 minutes, the Titans got on the board with a beautiful goal in the final few moments. What looked to send the Brits home in heartbreak was quickly erased by the transfer, Jeske. 

Albion worked their way downfield to immediately be awarded a corner. Abby Rose's ball was gorgeous to the back post, as Jeske knocked a slow roller past the UWO keeper to even the game at one apiece. 

Romee Natschke totaled six saves in goal. 

The Britons will have a week to regroup before MIAA play begins next Saturday for Homecoming. Albion will host Kalamazoo for a 4 p.m. kickoff.
