ALBION – In their MIAA opener and Homecoming contest, the Albion College women's soccer team battled to another scoreless draw with Kalamazoo College. The Britons now sit at 3-1-5 overall, 0-0-1 in the league. 

Kalamazoo had a tremendous chance on a breakaway in the first half, but Romee Natschke was solid, saving the initial shot. The second Hornet shot was past Natschke, but saved and kicked away by her sister, Quinn Natschke. 

The Hornets outshot the Brits 19-10 in the match. 

Natschke tallied eight saves in the clean sheet. Through nine games, Natschke has recorded shutouts in five games. 

The Britons host Olivet on Wednesday night for a 7 p.m. kickoff.
