Knitter medalist, men's golf wins at Lourdes

SYLVANIA, Ohio – On a course facing tough conditions, the Albion College men's golf team won the Lourdes Fall Invitational on Monday afternoon. Junior Ryan Knitter was the medalist of the event, winning with a 73.

As a team, the Britons recorded a 313. After Knitter's 73, Blake Wagner shot a 77 to land him fifth overall. Freshmen Bradley Davis (81) and Nicholas Giannone (82) contributed to the team score as well, before Camden Paul rounded out the team with an 85.

Freshman Alex Olmsted recorded a 78 as an individual.

Next Monday, the Brits wrap up the fall slate at the Hornet Fall Invitational, hosted by Kalamazoo College.
