Game Recap: Women's Lacrosse |

Women's lacrosse sitfled by UWEC

ALBION – Limiting the Briton offense in the second half, the Albion College women's lacrosse team dropped a 17-7 contest to UW-Eau Claire. In the second half, the Brits scored just three goals while the Blugolds netted nine. 

Junior Aaliyah Eudabe led the way for Albion with a team-best three points. Eudabe scored two goals and dished out one assist. Kyndall Lewis added a pair of goals as well for the Brits. 

Both Audrey DeWaters and Logan Hutchinson recorded one goal and one assist each. DeWaters paced the squad by picking up six ground balls and causing three turnovers. On the draw, Kellie Flynn led the hosts with four controls. 

The Britons struggled on the clear, converting just nine of 22 attempts. UWEC also held the edge in shots and draw controls. 

Albion will have just over a week off to regroup before heading to Ohio Northern next Tuesday.
