Box Score ALBION — A short handed Albion College women's soccer team had a tough task Sunday, going up against a NCAA Tournament participant from a season ago. The Britons fell to Carleton College, 8-1.

Freshman Ceci Irwin provided Albion's lone goal of the afternoon, coming in the 76th minute. Irwin buried a shot into the lower right corner off a pass from fellow freshman, Mia Czarnowski. 

Micaela Hohlbein tallied eight saves in goal. 

The Brits head to Heidelberg on Wednesday for a 4 p.m. kickoff.
