RICHLAND, Mich. -- A beautiful early October day at Gull Lake Country Club were the ideal conditions for a wonderful performance from the Albion women's golf team.
The squad tied for second at the third MIAA Jamboree with Trine (319 strokes) and had three golfers break 80 at the par 73 course playing 5,700 yards.
Anna Schaibly led the way with a 78 for the Britons, followed by her sister, Aubrie, at a 79.
Taylore Wilson also notched a 79. All three tied for fourth and eighth, respectively, among the field.
Payton LaRowe (83) and
Julia Sambaer (84) rounded out the rest of the Briton scorers.
Individually,
Peyton Sage posted an 87.
