Britons celebrate senior class

ALBION – On Senior Night, the Albion College men's basketball team came up short against No. 20 Calvin University, 74-47. Prior to the game, Albion celebrated Drew Daiek, Jaylen Flaniken, BJ Hunter and Mikey Clark. 

Flaniken led Albion with 11 points. Sophomore guard Kurtis Rhodes added nine points off the bench for the Brits. 

Calvin jumped out to an 8-1 lead and never looked back. The nationally ranked Knights controlled the game from start to finish. The Brits struggled, shooting just 26 percent from the field. 

The Brits wrap up the regular season on Saturday with a 3 p.m. tip at Hope College.
