Four women's wrestlers named Scholar All-Americans

MANHEIM, Penn. – Four members of the Albion College women's wrestling team earned NWCA Scholar All-American honors. Junior Hannah Arledge was joined by sophomores Brynn Green, Maddie Hazeltine and Jessica Martinez with the award.

In order to qualify for the award, one must either hold a 3.0 cumulative GPA and place in the top eight at regionals, sport a 3.50 cumulative GPA and compete in at least 15 matches, or have a 3.25 cumulative GPA and advance to Nationals.

This is the first career honor for Hazeltine and Green, while Martinez claims the honor for the second straight season. Arledge becomes Albion's first three-time Scholar All-American with her third consecutive accolade.

The women's wrestling team wrapped up 2024-25 competition last weekend at the NWCA National Tournament.
