In game one, the Britons fell to Wilson before a walkoff against Chestnut Hill in game two. GAME ONE: Wilson 4 Albion 3 In the bottom of the first, Kearney Miller drew a walk and came around to score on a two-out double off the bat of Jessie Anstandig for a 1-0 lead. Albion tacked on a run in the second, as Emma Schramm and Sydney Schoenborn and Natalie Kinney strung together three singles. Miller drove in her second of the game with a base hit, giving the Britons a 2-0 advantage. Wilson tied the game in the top of the fourth on a 2-run home run. Wilson then pushed across two more runs for a 4-2 lead with three outs to go. In the home half of the inning, Miller reached on an error and scored from first off a Lilly Zaskowski 2-bagger. With the tying run in scoring position, Wilson induced a lineout and a groundout. GAME TWO: Chestnut Hill 4 Albion 3 Kinney was a perfect 4 for 4 in the nightcap, but the Britons were unable to take advantage, coming up just shy. As a team, the Brits left 17 runners on base, struggling to push across the go-ahead run early on. In the bottom of the seventh, CHC manufactured a run to take the second game from Albion.
