Chown scores three, WLAX falls to Adrian

ALBION – On Wednesday, the Albion College women's lacrosse team dropped an 18-7 contest to Adrian College. The Bulldogs used a seven goal third to create distance and win the conference game. 

Ellen Chown, Aaliyah Eudabe and Logan Hutchinson all finished with three points. Chown's three goals paced the Briton offense. 

Senior Julia Ames finished with eight draw controls to lead the squad, and Natalie Sweetland caused a team-best three turnovers. 

Adrian forced Albion to commit 27 turnovers in the loss. 

On Saturday, the Brits play at Hope College at 1 p.m.
