Game Recap: Women's Lacrosse |

WLAX falls to Calvin

ALBION – A tough second quarter cost the Albion College women's lacrosse team in a 16-5 loss to Calvin University. Calvin outscored Albion 7-1 in the second to take a commanding lead. 

Three of Albion's goals came from freshman Anna Huard. The other two were from Aaliyah Eudabe. Huard led the Britons with four draw controls in the contest. 

Logan Hutchinson, Kellie Flynn and the reigning MIAA Athlete of the Week, Julia Ames, all ended with three caused turnovers.

Junior goalie Nicole Miller finished with 18 saves.

The Britons welcome Kalamazoo College on Saturday for Senior Day. Game time is scheduled for 12 p.m.
