ALBION, Mich. – For a sixth time this season,
Wen Wadsworth-Curcuru has received MIAA Diver of the Week honors.
The junior has now equaled Sarah Bradley from Calvin's single-season record of weekly MIAA diving awards which was set during the 2017-18 season.
Wadsworth-Curcuru won both the 1 and 3-meter events during Albion's 129-57 dual meet victory over Olivet on Senior Day at the Dean Aquatic Center.
Her 3-meter score of 293.85 broke her own school and pool record.
Wadsworth-Curcuru has won 14 times on the 1 and 3-meter board this season and qualified for NCAA Regionals in the 3-meter in November.
The Britons will head to East Grand Rapids High School for a tri-meet with host Aquinas and Saginaw Valley State on Saturday, January 17 starting at 1 p.m.
