ALBION, Mich. — The Albion women's lacrosse team was bested by Oberlin, 17-3, at Alumni Field.
The Yeomen scored eight goals in the first quarter, but the Britons' defense held in the second allowing just one.
Six more came for Oberlin in the third, but the Britons tacked on their first score of the game with a
Logan Hutchinson goal with 10:28 left in the period.
Albion added two more in the fourth. One came from Hutchinson and the other from
Anna Huard on a man-up opportunity.
Nicole Miller made 10 saves in net as well for the Britons.
