2012: An MIAA Academic Honor Roll performer...Played in five games.2011: Appeared in seven contests...Laced a two-run single in the eighth inning of the March 8 game at LaGrange for his first collegiate hit.

Prior to Albion: A three-year varsity player at Chippewa Valley High School for coaches Jim Murphy and Chris Hull...A 2010 all-state academic performer...Achieved all-conference status in his one season as a member of the cross country team.

Personal: Majoring in biology and mathematics...Son of Allen and Ann Schumaker.
