Achieved distinction on the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association’s Academic Honor Roll for the 2014-2015 year.

2015: Collected his first collegiate hit with a seventh-inning single in the non-league game at Hillsdale in March.

A two-time all-Lenawee County Athletic Association, all-district, and all-county pick while catching for teams coached by Scott Chase at Hillsdale High School…Achieved Academic all-State distinction his senior year…Class valedictorian and National Honor Society member…Enjoys working out and hunting and fishing…Son of Joseph and Denise McCosh.
