The 2024 season will be O'Hara's third with the program. He joined the Britons after a playing career and coaching stint with Concordia Ann Arbor. After being a student assistant with CUAA, O'Hara was hired on staff as a graduate assistant, where he worked with the defensive line and special teams. During his two year tenure, he coached a Mid-States Football Association Defensive Player of the Year, two Mid-States All-Conference defensive ends, a Mid-States All-Conference punter and three NAIA All-Americans. Andrew's punt team finished tops in the NAIA with yds/punt (44.9) in 2021.
