Keelin Severtson

Keelin Severtson begins her third year with Albion in 2022 after serving as an assistant coach for two seasons at UMass Boston. 

Prior to her tenure with the Beacons, Severtson was an assistant coach with the Palm Beach Juniors Volleyball Club in Lake Worth, Florida for three years where she was named the 2017 Assistant Coach of the Year. She guided the 14 Elite team to a National Bid and helped the 16 team to a USA bid to the USAV Junior Nationals. She worked with all aspects of the club teams, including implementing practice and game plans for the competitive programs. 

She also spent time as an assistant coach with the Lake Worth Christian volleyball team and an assistant coach and counselor for the University of New Hampshire volleyball camp.

Severtson played for four years at Division I University of New Hampshire where she led the Wildcats to four America East Conference championships and four NCAA Tournament appearances. She earned America East Conference Tournament MVP honors in 2016 and was a two-time conference Setter of the Year and First Team All-Conference selection. Severtson was named team captain for the fall of 2016 and the spring of 2017. 

Severtson graduated from UNH in 2017, earning a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. She went on to earn her master's in Exercise Health Sciences in 2020 from UMass Boston.
