Megan Smith is entering her second season as an assistant coach. 
Her previous experience includes coaching volleyball at Grand Ledge High School, her alma mater, for 5 seasons. In addition to high school coaching, she has coached club volleyball for 8 years at Attack Volleyball Club. She has coached 14U, 15U, 16U and 17U. She played at Jackson College for 2 years and continued playing at MSU on the club team for 3 years
