GRAND RAPIDS – Calvin College, ranked No. 2 in the latest Division III poll released by the American Volleyball Coaches Association, hit .355 and knocked down eight blocks in sweeping Albion College in Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association action Tuesday night.

Caitlin McClorey, a sophomore middle hitter from Wixom, hit .429 for Albion with seven kills and an error in 14 attacks. She also accumulated three block assists.

Jalyn Ingalls added seven kills, and Kristin Yeager produced three block assists for Albion.

Megan Rietema hit .700 for Calvin with seven kills in 10 attacks and she knocked down three block assists. Maggie Kamp also produced seven kills for the Knights.

Albion will travel to Hope College Friday for its next league match.
