BIG RAPIDS, Mich. – The Albion College men's tennis team was defeated by Ferris State University, 9-0, in its first match of the 2012-2013 campaign.

Jonathan Gurnee had Albion's best effort as he lost the No. 2 singles match by scores of 7-5 and 6-1. Eric Guindi lost the second set of his No. 1 singes match by a 6-3 score. Guindi and Gurnee lost the No. 1 doubles contest by an 8-4 score.
