ALBION, Mich. – First-year outside hitter Stephanie Thurner clubbed a career-high 10 kills in Albion's three-set (25-20, 25-18, 25-16) loss to Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association rival Kalamazoo College Tuesday night.

Thurner hit .316 with 10 kills and 4 errors in 19 attacks. Junior middle hitter Caitlin McClorey added 7 kills and 4 block assists, and first-year setter Ami Milligan assisted on three blocks.

Albion will travel to Alma College Saturday for a league match.
