ADRIAN, Mich. – Katrina Tooker finished nine strokes behind the medalist in the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association women's golf jamboree Saturday.
Tooker shot an 89, matching her low score of the season, to finish 17th on the individual leader board. Olivet College's Brooke Kastamo was the medalist with a score of 80.
Albion finished seventh in the team standings with a 387 total. Celine McClimans (93), Christina Briden (100) and Henley Nowicki (105) contributed to the team score.
Albion will host the final two rounds of the MIAA season. The 36-hole event is scheduled for Oct. 10-11 at the Bedford Valley Country Club in Battle Creek.
