Box Score 2 ALBION, Mich. – Halle Thom, a senior outside hitter, completed her collegiate career hitting .290 with 22 kills as Albion College earned a three-set victory over Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association rival Saint Mary's College and absorbed a three-set loss to Kenyon College in a non-league match.

Albion hit .324 in the first set and .317 in the third to finish league play with a 6-10 record.
Stephanie Thurner terminated the point to give Albion a 24-23 lead in the second set, and the Saint Mary's setter committed a ball handling error on the next point.
Albion scored four of the first five points to seize control of the third set.
Thom produced 14 kills in 31 attempts for a .387 hitting percentage.
Jessica Konieczny finished with five blocks – two solo and three assists.

Thom, Taylor Rosenthal and Lauren Outwater finished with eight kills apiece, and Konieczny and Thurner added three block assists for Albion.

Monica Shuk collected 38 digs to finish her first season at the collegiate level with 566, a single-season school record.
Albion finished the season 16-14 overall for its first winning season since the 2009 squad achieved a 17-11 record.
