ALBION, Mich. - Zach McKenzie and Robert Joerg produced Albion College's points in a 7-2 loss to local rival Spring Arbor University in non-league men's tennis action.

McKenzie was a 7-5, 6-0 winner at No. 4 singles, and Joerg was declared the winner of the No. 5 singles contest by default.

Josh McGarry pushed his rival to a third-set tiebreaker at No. 3 singles. McGarry dropped the first set in a tiebreaker and he bounced back to win the second set.

Albion begins its spring break trip to Hilton Head Island, S.C., with a Monday match against Baldwin-Wallace University.
