MARSHALL, Mich. – Albion College shaved 11 strokes off its first round score as it finished ninth in the Kyle Campbell Classic at The Medalist Golf Club.
Megan Moco and Madison Kroetsch produced round of 83 Saturday to help the Britons to a 354 total for the day. Kiley Flynn contributed a score of 93 and Madison Bowen a round of 95.
After a first round 88, Moco tied for 23rd on the individual leaderboard with a 171 total.
Albion's 36-hole score of 719 left it four behind eighth place Wheaton College.
DePauw University was the team champion at 631.
Next up for Albion is the Sept. 16-17 Irish Hills Invitational at The Grande in Jackson.
