Men's Swim & Dive finishes undefeated dual meet season against MIAA rivals

OLIVET, Mich. – Albion College defeated Olivet College, 167-84, to run the table against its Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association rivals in dual meets for the second consecutive season.

Next up for the Britons is the MIAA Championship which stretch from Feb. 21-24 in Grand Rapids.

Head Coach Jake Taber said the meet was an extension of the Britons training with Len Ciemniecki gaining first place in the sprint freestyle events and 200 freestyle relay, Mac Robertson touching the wall first in the 200 freestyle, 200 breaststroke and 200 medley relay, and Jake Burris outscoring the competition in the diving events.

All-American Nate Kozycki set the fastest in-season time in MIAA history when he completed the 100 butterfly in 49.91 seconds.

Other first place finishes in individual events came from Seth Fleming (1,650 freestyle), Alec Nyboer (200 butterfly), Kurt Jolly (200 backstroke), Jake Huttenlocher (500 freestyle) and Ian Moran (200 individual medley).
