ALBION, Mich. – Albion College came away with a 9-0 loss in its non-league men's tennis match against Spring Arbor University.

Robert Joerg, the reigning Player of the Week in the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association, gave Albion is best opportunity for a point. Playing No. 2 singles against Alex Reinbold, Joerg took the first set to a tiebreaker before losing 7-6 (7-3), 6-1.

Albion begins a week of spring break matches in Hilton Head Island, S.C, on Sunday against Bridgewater (Va.).
