ALMA, Mich. – Catcher Kimberly Freitas collected four hits, including a double, as Albion College completed the softball season with 13-5 and 16-2 losses at Alma College.

Game One

Freitas went 3-for-3 and Grace Connolly and Rebecca Rodriguez collected two hits and a RBI each.

Alma started fast as Mary Brooks hit a three-run homerun in the first inning. Riley Terwilliger added a RBI double in the first. Chelsea Schweiger slugged a two-run double in the second and Bry Chapman hit a grand slam in the sixth.

Game Two

Albion scored its runs in the fifth. Keslie Vogleman hit a RBI single and Lauren Beougher drove in a run on a fielder's choice.

Albion finished the season 10-28 overall and 2-14 in games against Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association rivals.
