FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. — Lilly Zaskowski has been named to the All-MIAA second team.
A dual-threat both at the plate and in the circle, the junior put together one of the greatest individual seasons in program history as she helped Albion to 18 wins — their most since 2006. At the dish, Zaskowski totaled a a .411 batting average, 46 hits, three home runs and 24 RBI while recording a hit in 31 of her 38 games played — including a 14-game hitting streak from 3/14 to 3/29. Both her batting average and hit totals were top 10 in a single season in team history.
As a pitcher, the Grand Rapids, Mich., native sported a 2.56 ERA in 156.1 innings with a 16-9 record — the latter two of which ranked top five in a single season in program history. She also struck out 133 batters compared to 22 walks with 20 complete games, including three shutouts. Her season-high of 11 strikeouts came in games against Penn State Schuylkill and John Carroll.
Zaskowski is the fifth Briton since 2010 to earn a spot on the All-MIAA team and first since
Kearney Miller in 2024.
