Box Score ANGOLA, Ind. - Trine shot 62.5% in the fourth quarter to pull away from the Britons and secure a 63-45 victory. Albion breaks its four-game win streak and loses its second Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association of the 2019-2020 campaign.
Rain Hinton and Emily Bernas both led the Britons with 12 points apiece. The Thunder took the lead with three minutes left in the first quarter and never looked back. Kelsy Taylor led Trine with 14 points
Albion pulled back within six with two minutes left in the third quarter, after a layup from Rebecca Ross but that was as close as they were able to get. While forcing 18 turnovers the Britons were able to convert that to 10 points.

Joe and Julie Serra have given a $5 million leadership gift to launch a fundraising initiative to make two dreams a reality at Albion College. The first is a newly expanded fitness and student activity facility at the site of the current Dow Recreation and Wellness Center. The second is a new or renovated competition facility for the volleyball, men's basketball and women's basketball teams that currently call Kresge Gymnasium home.
