HOLLAND, Mich. -- It was a tough day on the courts for the Albion College tennis teams, dropping both matches to Hope College.

On the men's side, Drake Malcolm fell at fourth singles, 6-3 and 6-2. Matthew Czarnecki also dropped a tough singles match, falling 6-1, 7-5.

The second doubles team of Malcolm and Brett Gurzell dropped their match, 8-4.

On the women's side, Morgan DeRose dropped her singles match 6-0, 6-2.

Both Hope's men's and women's teams had players nationally ranked, making it a tough day for the Brits.

The women's team will host Adrian on Tuesday for a 4 p.m. match. The men's team will host the Bulldogs on Wednesday afternoon, commencing at 4 p.m.
