Women's golf closes out fall slate

HOWELL, Mich. – In their final competition of the fall, the Albion College women's golf team placed fourth at the Cleary Fall Cougar Classic. Both Helen Buk and Emily Abramczyk tied for sixth overall.

Buk and Abramczyk finished the afternoon shooting an 85. Next for the Britons was freshman Taylore Wilson, who turned in a score of 88. Rounding out the team were seniors Sabrina Fitzgerald and Kenzie Gillette. Fitzgerald totaled a 92 as Gillette scored a 97.

The team will be idle until the spring when they resume play. This will include the fourth MIAA Jamboree that was canceled due to rain.
