Kenyon topples MLAX

ALBION – A tough Kenyon College team knocked off the Albion College men's lacrosse team, 17-8 on Sunday afternoon. The Owls scored twice in the opening few minutes and held complete control of the contest. 

Senior Sam Puzevic scored a team-high three goals for the Britons. Puzevic also picked up a team-high five ground balls. Brendan Mercier added two goals as well. 

Jack Gogonis made 22 saves for Albion in the loss. 

Kenyon was an incredible 23 of 29 from the faceoff X. 

The Brits will be idle for nearly a week until they head to Carthage College. Game time on Saturday is scheduled for 1 p.m.
