Carly Frank Becomes Third AVCA All-American in Program History

Carly Frank became the third AVCA All-America selection from Albion in team history.
LEXINGTON, Ky. -- For the third time in the last four seasons, an Albion volleyball player has received American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) All-America honors.

Carly Frank was chosen as an honorable mention selection on the squad.

The junior joins Chloe Webber (2022) and Olivia Alexander (2023) as the only All-American Britons in team history. Webber and Alexander also received honorable mention status.

Frank led the MIAA in kills with 429 that also ranked 30th in Division III at the conclusion of the MIAA Tournament, the most in a single season in program history since Morgan Walter's 442 in 2008. Frank also notched a hitting percentage of .291 that was sixth in the conference en route to first-team All-MIAA and first-team AVCA All-Region recognition.

The Britons earned the No. 3 seed in the MIAA Tournament and finished the season with a 24-5 record which was only their fourth 20-win campaign in program history. They also made the MIAA Semifinals for the ninth consecutive year.
