ADRIAN, Mich. – The Albion volleyball team wrapped up its regular season with a convincing sweep over Adrian, powering past the Bulldogs in three sets (25–10, 25–12, 25–16) to finish MIAA play at 23–4 overall and 6–2 in the conference.

From the opening serve, the Britons set the tone in the Merillat Center. Behind stellar net play and efficient attacking, Albion jumped out to an early lead and never looked back in the first set, hitting .297 while limiting the Bulldogs to just six kills and an even hitting percentage.

The second frame saw more of the same. Albion's balanced offense kept the pressure on, highlighted by 15 team kills at a .258 clip. The Britons' defense held Adrian to a negative hitting percentage and just four kills. Key contributions came from Kayda Herrick in the set, who paced the attack with 13 kills on the afternoon, and setter Molly Edmunds, whose 30 assists led all players in the match.

Adrian rallied late in the third, trading points in their most competitive set of the day, but Albion's depth was too much. The Britons closed out the match behind strong performances from Carly Frank and Bri Whitfield, each recording eight kills. Paige Williamson and Ava Wilcox added three aces apiece.

Defensively, Edmunds led all players with 15 digs, while Williamson and Herrick added 12 each. At the net, Margaret Jones dominated with four blocks. Albion finished with a .236 hitting percentage and held big statistical edges in kills (42–16), aces (8–1), and digs (51–32).
