Cole Giesige has been named to the D3baseball.com All-Region Team, as announced Tuesday morning. The junior was a Third Team selection coming off a record breaking season. 

Giesige adds this accolade to his First Team All-MIAA status, coming off a season where he pitched to a 6-2 record with a 2.08 ERA. He also finished with a WHIP of .89 and threw 65 innings, including three complete games. 

With 76 strikeouts on the season, Giesige broke his record set in 2024 for the most in a single season. He tossed a no-hitter on Apr. 4 and a one-hitter on Mar. 7.
