Four from baseball earn Academic All-District status

Four members of the Albion College baseball team have been recognized with CSC Academic All-District accolades. This award is presented to those who have excelled both on the diamond and in the classroom throughout the season. 

Carson Dunn, Brayden Raether, Cole Giesige and Evan Schuster were all honored. To be selected, one must be a sophomore or higher in academic standing, hold a GPA of a 3.50 or better, and meet the minimum requirements for playing time. 

Giesige has moved on to the national ballot where he will have a shot at being named an Academic All-American. He was named First Team All-MIAA, D3baseball.com Third Team All-Region, and Second Team ABCA All-Region as well this year.
