Albion has made the MIAA Tournament in all 13 years since its inception in 2013 and have also made the tournament finals in each season.
Last year, the Britons became the first No. 3 seed to ever win the MIAA Tournament, as they won their sixth tournament championship. This year, they will attempt to repeat and enter as the No. 3 seed again.
Their opponent, Adrian, comes in as the No. 6 seed. Albion has only faced a No. 6 seed once in the MIAA Tournament, coming last year against Kalamazoo when they upended the Hornets in the first round, 11-8.
The Britons are 3-2 all-time vs. the Bulldogs in the MIAA Tournament, with a 12-11 victory coming against them in the MIAA Semifinals last season. In the first three years of the tournament, both teams squared off in the championship game, with Adrian taking the first two and Albion winning their first in 2015.
Overall, the Britons are 19-6 all-time in the MIAA Tournament and won it in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2022 and 2025.
