LEXINGTON, Ky. — For the 14th consecutive year, the Albion volleyball team has earned the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Team Academic Award. For the third time in program history, the squad also achieved AVCA Team Academic Honor Roll recognition.

The AVCA Team Academic Award is awarded to teams who have maintained a team GPA of at least a 3.3, and the Team Academic Honor Roll honors teams that are in the top 20% of GPA in their respective division. The AVCA began recognizing the Team Academic Award in 1992.
