2022-2023: Season high of 24 points at Bluffton, 11 rebounds and 7 assist vs John Carroll, 3 blocks at Oberlin and 3 steals at Bluffton.

2021-2022: In this season, Welker was named All-MIAA Second Team...Had a season high 25 points (9-20 FG) against Adrian... In the game against Alma, she had 8 rebounds, 4 assists, and 2 steals.

2020-2021: Set a season high of 25 points (9-20 FG) against Adrian, 7 rebounds and 2 assists in Albion's first home game against Alma...Had another great game in Albion's third game against Alma College with 15 points (6-17 FG), 3 rebounds and 3 assists for the Britons...Welker scored 21 points (8-9 FG) against Kalamazoo and another 18 (6-14 FG) at Olivet this season. Elena finshed the season being name All-MIAA Second Team. 

2019-2020: Launched her collegiate career with 16 points (8-13 FG), five rebounds, three assists and two steals in Albion's victory over Case Western Reserve University...Three 20-point games over the first half of the season, including 23 vs. Marietta (6-11 FG, 10-10 FT) and 20 in the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association victory at Alma.

Prior to Albion: An all-league and all-Catholic performer in basketball and track & field at Divine Child High School…She achieved all-region and all-state status in track & field…Graduated with high honors and inducted into the National Honor Society and Spanish National Honor Society.

Personal: A kinesiology major and neuroscience minor who is a member of Albion’s Prentiss M. Brown Honors Program and Wilson Institute for Medicine…Enjoys painting, music and learning about the human body…Daughter of Donald and Jean Welker
