ALBION, Mich. – Kaitlyn Downey produced a double and drew three walks in her final games with the Albion College softball team Saturday. Despite Downey's production, Albion came away with 14-0 and 3-1 losses to Adrian College.

Downey hit a two-out double to right field in the first inning of game two. Alex Yaw, the Britons' other senior, sent Downey home when she followed with a single through the left side of the infield.

Adrian tied the score with a run in the second and Karissa DeVore produced the final margin when she launched a two-run home run to center field in the fifth.

Albion loaded the bases with one out in the sixth, but failed to score as the next two batters were unable to hit the ball out of the infield.

Alexis DeLand produced Albion's only hit in game one – a two-out single in the second inning. Downey drew a pair of walks in the contest.
