ALBION, Mich. – Monica Brugnoni collected singles in each game and Alice Garvin hit a single in game two as Albion College completed the season with 9-=0 and 15-0 losses to Alma College.

Game One

Alma scored in four of the five innings. Brooke Hein was 2-for-3 with two RBI and three runs scored.

Brugnoni hit a two-out single in the first inning. Alma pitcher Morgan Stratton retired 11 batters in a row until she hit Lauren Oppliger with a pitch in the fifth inning.

Game Two

Anna Couture hit a home run and drove in three runs and Sarah Collier hit a two-run home run.

Garvin was on base twice, during a walk in the first and hitting a two-out single in the fifth. Elena Luce and Aariel Alexander were also issued walks.
