HILLSDALE, Mich. – Maicey Peterson and Alyssa Wright set school records in their events as Albion College athletes tuned up for next week's Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Indoor Track & Field Championships at Hillsdale.

Wright reached a distance of 45' 3" in the weight throw and Peterson finished the 60-meter hurdles in 9.59 seconds.

Also setting personal records on the track were Emilee Kinney (27.54 seconds, the second-best time in school history) and Nia Thomas (28.03 seconds) in the 200 meters, Alyssa Barnett in the 400 meters (1:08.06). Theresa Hencsie achieved a season best in the 800 meters (2:41).

McKenna Donahue (shot put) and Tyra Thomas-Spratley (high jump of 4' 10") set personal records in their respective events.
