WILMINGTON, Ohio – Albion College generated 11 shots Saturday night – one more than its opponent – but it had only four shots on goal in a 3-1 loss to Wilmington College.

Gabe Martinez scored his first goal at the collegiate level in the second half. Martinez and Kyle Bourlier each produced two shots on goal for the Britons.

Niklas Martensson led Wilmington with a goal and an assist. Carl Bergstrom and Grady Garrison also scored for the Quakers.

Albion will play at home for the first time at 4 p.m. Tuesday when it plays host to Trine University.
