McCulloch wins MIAA weekly award

After winning the Olivet Comet Opener, the senior was named the MIAA Athlete of the Week

LANSING, Mich. – In the first week of MIAA Athletes of the Week, Megan McCulloch was named the women's cross country winner.

In the 5K at the Olivet Comet Opener, the senior won the race, holding off Division II runners down the stretch. McCulloch recorded a new PR in the 5K, clocking in at 18:45.0.

A 2021 National Qualifier, this was the first race of the season for McCulloch as she aims to get back to the Championship Meet.

McCulloch and the rest of the cross country teams will compete at the Knight Invitational on Saturday, hosted by Calvin University.
