Conley selected as MIAA Athlete of the Week

The fifth year senior netted seven goals and added five assists.

LANSING, Mich. – Following a week where he recorded 12 points in just two games, Jace Conley has been named the MIAA Offensive Player of the Week. This marks the third consecutive week where the Britons have had a player honored by the league.

Conley was a major factor in Tuesday's feverish comeback at Rhodes. The fifth year senior scored five goals and tacked on three assists in Albion's 17-16 win. Conley netted the game winner with just over a minute to play, and scored the goal that put Albion within one.

In limited shifts on Saturday's 20-8 throttling of Dubuque, Conley scored two goals and added a pair of assists in the victory. The Brits are now 4-0 this season.

After four games on the road, the Brits will finally play on their home turf on Wednesday when they welcome The College of Wooster. Game time is scheduled for 6 p.m.
