CHICAGO, Ill. -- The Albion women's basketball squad fell to the No. 21-ranked Chicago, 79-57, in the Windy City.
While the Britons led twice during the opening stanza, the Maroons pushed the pedal and ended the quarter on a 14-6 run to take a 23-15 advantage.
Chicago stretched their lead even more in the second, making it an 18-point game at one point, before leading 46-30 at the half.
The Maroons led, 62-42, after the third and continued their 20+-point advantages throughout the fourth.
Chicago shot 53.8% from the field for the game and totaled at least 50% shooting in each stanza while five players scored in double figures.

Meghan Trewhella, who each had nine points.
