Trewhella leads women's hoops at Calvin

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Hindered by a slow start, the Albion College women's basketball team fell to Calvin University, 62-37.

The Knights held the Britons to single digits in the first two quarters to explode to a big lead. Meghan Trewhella's 10 points led Albion, the only player in double digits for the Brits. As a team, the Britons committed 18 turnovers, resulting in 23 points for Calvin. 

Emma Cooke's seven rebounds led Albion. 

On Saturday, the Britons travel to Adrian for a 1 p.m. contest.
