Swim and dive earns Academic All-America honors

The Albion College men's and women's swimming and diving teams were named CSCAA Scholar All-America Teams for the fall semester. To earn this honor, a team must have held a cumulative GPA of a 3.0 or better during the fall.

With a team GPA of 3.55, the women's team was recognized, as the men's team also impressed with a 3.19 GPA. In head coach Eric Murray's first season at the helm of the program, he wasted no time in ensuring the Brits are prepared in the pool and in the classroom.

The teams will be idle until the MIAA Championships, held Feb. 19-22 at Calvin University.
