FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. — Morgan Hurd has been named second-team All-MIAA for the indoor track & field season.

The junior was the runner-up in the weight throw at the MIAA Championships with a toss of 15.71m. It was the highest individual placement of any Briton at the meet.

The throw was the best in Hurd's career and the fourth-furthest in program history.

Hurd had never competed in the weight throw at the conference meet in her career. In 2025, she did not compete at the MIAA Championships and in 2024 as a freshman, she placed 10th in the shot put.
